A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required to secure an appointment. This policy is applicable to all patients who are non members of Dream Aesthetics membership program.
All consultations for non-members are subject to a $100 fee.
Patients have up to 90 days to rebook an appointment that was rescheduled within the 24 hour timeframe. Failure to schedule a procedure within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the $100 consultation fee.
If an appointment is missed or not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled procedure, the $100 deposit will be forfeited. An appointment is considered missed if the patient is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment.
Dream Aesthetics has a strict No Refund policy, and all sales are final.
While we adore children, we ask that you arrange childcare during your appointments to ensure their safety and maintain a serene environment for all clients.
We love pets, but please leave them at home, except for service animals, during your Dream Aesthetic Med Spa visits. If you bring a pet that is not a service animal, we will ask you to remove it from our facility to avoid disruptions.
